BritFit is a 45-minute class led by Brittney Donnenworth every Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 5:30 AM. The class combines aerobic, mat, core, and lightweight exercises taught in our upstairs studio. Grab a friend and make fitness fun!


RetireFit is led by Leon Kaufman every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00 AM. The class is designed with the senior population in mind to keep them flexible and mobile. Get there early because it fills up fast!


Caden Carmack takes the lead with this 45-minute weights-focused class every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at noon. For almost a solid hour, you will spend time with cable and free weight machines with a few of your closest gym buddies. It’s a great way to build strength and friendship over lunch.

Elite Tumble & Cheer

Elite Tumble & Cheer’s head coach, Nicole Crouch, has designed several classes for kids from beginner to advanced. Her team guides the kids through various activities, stretching, skills, and drills which improve flexibility, balance, and physical condition. Stay in touch to learn about class enrollment because they fill up quickly!
